RAPID cold plunge room render
Rapid-flow Cold Plunge

Cold that keeps moving.

A controlled dose of cold. Not a test of suffering.

How it works

Your range, your flow, clean every time.

01 · Range

Start warmer, go colder

Begin calm and work down over time, as low as about 38°F. New and experienced plungers both get a real dose.

02 · Flow

Dial the current

More flow, faster cooling. Same tub, a different plunge, every session.

03 · Clean

Filtered every five minutes

The full volume runs through fine filtration and sanitation about every five minutes, with daily water exchanges and routine testing.

Cold isn’t about temperature. It’s about how fast you cool.

In a still tub, your body warms a thin layer of water that insulates you. Ours keeps circulating, so that layer never forms and the cooling continues, at a temperature you can actually stay in.

What cold does to your body

Your body moves to protect its core.

02Breathing deepens
03Alertness rises

The goal

Same response. Less suffering.

Most research looks at lowering core temperature by about 1–2°F. You can get there with very cold water for a long time, or with moving water in less time. We chose the second.

What it’s studied for

Not a cure. A stimulus your body responds to.

Less muscle soreness after exercise
Power recovery between training sessions
Alertness and nervous system activation
